Role Description The Vice President, Growth Strategy is responsible for translating One10’s enterprise strategy into growth-driving go to market and account strategies that accelerate revenue and expand client value. This role partners closely with commercial and client leadership to shape how One10 shows up in the market: where we play, how we win and how we grow. Operating at the intersection of client business objectives and One10’s integrated solutions, the VP, Growth Strategy leads the development and execution of account and offering strategies that unlock demand, deepen share of wallet and drive measurable business outcomes. This role is accountable for designing the strategic frameworks, narratives and growth plans that enable accounts to contribute meaningfully to One10’s revenue and margin objectives. The Vice President works across strategy, sales, marketing and delivery teams to ensure strategies are actionable, differentiated, and grounded in One10’s motivation science approach. Scope of Work - Work across multiple existing client teams and on new business opportunities – instrumental in client growth - Collaborate with Executive Vice President and above level on efforts to establish and market One10 as a premier supplier partner to client organizations in all of One10’s core services - Collaborates with Data Science to shape how insights are developed, packaged, and presented, enabling teams to demonstrate value and identify new opportunities with clients. - Drives the framework and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews, enabling teams to move beyond reporting and use QBRs as a platform to articulate insights, propose what’s next, and expand client partnerships. - Maintain awareness of emerging business and industry trends - Develop partnerships with technology providers to augment One10’s offerings, as appropriate - Bring together leaders from key delivery areas (Client Services, Training, Creative, Interactive, Project Management) regularly to develop and exchange new thinking to drive growth - Develop fresh, innovative, compelling solutions that exceed client expectations - Actively contribute, as requested, to the Account Planning process - Support sold business from a content development standpoint, as needed (“Utility Player”) Qualifications - Four-year degree, MBA or equivalent years of experience - Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ industry experience - High aptitude for creativity with an ability to generate innovative ideas that push our clients’ thinking - Ability to persuade effectively via strong written, oral communications and presentation skills - Experience successfully leading teams - Demonstrated ability to successfully grow client relationships - Superior customer service ethic and high expectations for quality - Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to build strong collaborative relationships across the organization - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability to travel and attend presentations as needed Requirements - Has advanced technical or functional knowledge.
