• Deliver customer projects on schedule and with high customer satisfaction and quality, while ensuring the defined budget and work effort objectives are met. • Planning the project so that it can be delivered to meet the defined objectives. • Co-operating with Solution Architect to ensure that the delivered solution has been defined so that relevant details of delivery, as well as effort estimation, have been properly addressed. • Co-operating with Sales to ensure that project budget is sufficient to enable needed level of resourcing. • Co-operating with Manager/Director, Services in relevant region, to indicate the needed resourcing for the project, and to ensure such resourcing will be available. • Co-operating with Subcontracting Manager, to ensure the needed subcontracted deliveries can be acquired. • Ensuring the needed consulting, Product Development (PD) and subcontracted resources are available for the project. • Establishing the project work practices, meetings and required means of communication. • Ensures that the roles, responsibilities, expectations for each of the project stakeholders have been understood and acknowledged. • Defines the tasks allocated to the project team and external stakeholders, and follows up their completion. • Establishes and maintains the required (sufficiently high) level of communication and transparency with the customer. • Ensures any deviations to project goals and targets are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. • Handles any scope change requests, and ensures that the impact of the changes is analyzed, and the changes get approved along with their impact on project schedule and cost. • Drive project into completion and get the deliveries approved by the customer. • Reports and escalates project delivery issues to, and gets guidance from, Team manager or Director, Project Management Office.

• Guide clients through the development, installation, and execution of comprehensive Operational and Business Excellence programs. • Lead the delivery of a continuous improvement and organizational change framework. • Serve as a strategic partner to client leadership, contributing to organizational goals and transformation roadmaps. • Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational goals and structured improvement initiatives. • Support the definition and evolution of organizational structures, roles, and governance models.

• Supporting the successful delivery of a utility-scale Solar and BESS project through late-stage construction and grid connection activities • Managing interfaces between project stakeholders, contractors, consultants and National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET) • Coordinating technical, programme and compliance activities associated with energisation and grid readiness • Identifying and mitigating delivery risks, constraints and programme impacts • Ensuring project documentation, governance and reporting requirements are maintained • Providing pragmatic project leadership during a critical phase of delivery

• Support our rapidly growing Data Center’s Smart Power Startup and lead all on-site activities for large/complex project site work. • Assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during start-up, construction and/or erection, and commissioning phase. • Manage on-site presence throughout the project, ensuring coordination and smooth execution of all work activities.
