Role Description CACI’s growing Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for an SAP Business Analyst supporting the modernization and transformation of a large portfolio of enterprise business solutions used by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving and communication skills are critical to success. Responsibilities - Document functional gaps, process deltas, requirements, and remediation strategies. - Review SAP Simplification Items and advise on impacts to NASA’s business processes. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and S/4HANA standardization. - Develop and maintain detailed process maps for “As Is” and “To Be” state. - Collaborate with stakeholders to validate future-state design and confirm alignment with federal financial standards (USSGL, IPAC, GTAS, Treasury reporting). - Translate business requirements into functional specifications for configuration, development, and reporting. - Coordinate across functional, technical, and security teams to ensure an integrated solution design. - Identify S/4HANA changes required for interface remediation, API adoption, and modernization opportunities. - Validate end-to-end functional behavior across interfacing systems during testing cycles. - Contribute to updates of SOPs, job aids, training content, and end-user documentation to support change management and adoption. Qualifications - 8 or more years of SAP experience supporting SAP Security in a Public Sector environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a NASA Public Trust background investigation. Desired - Experience supporting NASA programs. - Experience with SAP Activate Methodology.

Role Description This position is National Remote. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. The OnBase Business Systems Analyst is a hybrid role that couples the role of a Business Analyst and a Configuration/Systems Analyst. The OnBase Business Systems Analyst must be able to work directly with different business units and guide solutions for workflow and document management within varied operational structures. The analyst must also be comfortable troubleshooting and solving for application issues as they are reported by supported business areas. This includes, but is not limited to, checking server health, workflow timers, document import and automatic indexing processes. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST based on your time zone and business need. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasionally overtime or weekends. Training will be conducted on the job, with hours tailored to your availability and the training team's schedule. Primary Responsibilities - Engage different operation teams to strategize, prioritize, develop, and support new products and services within the OnBase application. - Act as the primary communication conduit for all development activity including (Workflow, WorkView, Document Composition, Outlook Integration, Advanced Capture, Intelligent Document Processing, DIP, Unity Forms, Security Group Management, and Report Services). - Facilitating all requirement-gathering activities. - Regularly updating stakeholders, subject matter experts, business teams and other integrated IT partners of all project development. - Collaborating with internal and external customers and partners to constantly reevaluate and prioritize ongoing development. - Analyze, design, and prepare application/system specifications for information systems solution which address business needs and methods for testing and installation. - Prepare detailed specifications from which solutions will be built that coincide with all OnBase best practices as established by the team. - Continually seek opportunities to engage emerging technologies within the OnBase application. - Work cooperatively within the OnBase team to rigorously scrutinize new development, configuration, and coding to ensure efficient code is being implemented with minimum impact to other business areas. Qualifications - High School Diploma / GED. - Must be 18 years of age OR older. - 2+ years of working with business stakeholders by successfully implementing projects or procedures that present a solution to meet business needs. - 1+ years of working as a subject matter expert within OnBase. - 1+ years of experience presenting complex technical solutions to business in a digestible and understandable manner. - 1+ years of experience developing API (Application Programming Interface). - Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Create/Edit, Formula Management). - Experience with Microsoft Word (Creating/Editing/Managing documents). - Ability to work any full-time shift between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday - Friday based on your time zone including the flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends given on business need. Preferred Qualifications - Understanding of Document Import Processing (DIP), configurable forms and form engines (HTML and/or Unity), Security Group Management and Report Services/Dashboard Reports. - Experience with the principles of document indexing and management (Document Types, Document Group Types, Keywords, Autofill Keyword Sets).
