Sales and Order Entry Coordinator

Outsourcey

• Receive incoming customer work orders via email and accurately enter all order details into the production system. • Route finalized work orders back to the appropriate internal team members so production and fulfillment can proceed without delay. • Conduct outbound email outreach and sales prospecting on behalf of the sales team during periods of low order volume. • Maintain and organize CRM records including contact updates, lead tracking, and pipeline cleanup. • Monitor and manage the sales team's outbound inbox, handling follow-ups, responses, and lead qualification as directed. • Provide general administrative assistance to the sales and operations team as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2.5 to 5 years of experience in sales or sales support roles.
  • Hands-on exposure to data entry or order entry in a production, fulfillment, or administrative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and operate within production or order management software.
  • Prior experience entering structured order data from email-based inputs is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting a sales team through outbound email outreach, lead prospecting, CRM management, or follow-up coordination.
  • Exceptional accuracy when transcribing order specifications with minimal errors under time pressure across a high-volume order environment.
  • Strong written English communication skills with the ability to flag order discrepancies and draft outbound sales emails.
  • Background in custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or merchandise fulfillment is a plus.

Role Description The Loan Officer will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to existing Portfolio customers to sell a range of mortgage products in order to meet individual sales goals, company retention goals, and most importantly meet the needs of the Homeowner.
