Role Description This role exists to ensure our users never miss a second of the action. You’ll help us drive user retention and engagement by maintaining a flawless library of live video content and pitch animations, ensuring every event on our platform is powered by high-quality, real-time data. What you’ll drive: - Content Mapping & Integration - Own the mapping of live video streams and pitch animations to specific sports events on the platform. - Expand the streaming database by proactively searching for and integrating alternative content sources. - Ensure the accuracy of sports content by cross-referencing data with internal tracking systems. - Operational Monitoring & Quality Control - Monitor sports content and data tracking in real-time to prevent service gaps. - Identify and track non-working or incorrectly functioning broadcasts and animations. - Maintain and update databases, ensuring all information is structured and easily accessible for other teams. - Technical Support & Provider Relations - Partner with content providers to resolve technical streaming issues swiftly. - Support clients by diagnosing and fixing video streaming disruptions. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to process requests and escalate critical bugs. Qualifications - Must-have: - Sports Enthusiast: Solid knowledge of various sports, rules, and the structure of international leagues/tournaments. - Data-Savvy: Ability to handle large volumes of data with high attention to detail and proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel. - Technical Literacy: Confident PC user with an understanding of streaming platforms (YouTube, Twitch, etc.). - Language: English at a B1 level or higher (capable of professional written communication), native Ukrainian or Russian. - Adaptability: Ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a shift-based schedule (including morning and evening rotations). - Problem Solver: Ability to quickly identify root causes of operational issues under pressure. - Nice-to-have: - Previous experience in a support or monitoring role within the iGaming or Sportsbook industry. - Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas and data visualization). - Experience working with external B2B content providers. Role Description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Video Codec Expert to conduct technical standard research for new generation video codecs, including but not limited to H266, outputting technical research reports and PCT international patents. - Responsible for conducting technical standard research for new generation video codecs, including but not limited to H266, outputting technical research reports and PCT international patents. - Responsible for technical standard promotion in the field of video codec, outputting international technical standard proposals and participating in standard meetings, promoting innovative technical solutions and patent technology landing standards. - Responsible for management of the video codec technical standard research team, including direction planning, goal setting and management of technical standard research and work output. - Collaboration with research teams in Shenzhen in China. Qualifications - Master’s degree or above in computer or communication-related majors. Outstanding candidates can be relaxed. - Experience in video codec standard research or algorithm research, including but not limited to H.26X. - Certain English listening and speaking abilities, as well as English writing patent abilities. - Very good command of English both written and spoken.
