• Define and lead our global localization strategy, setting a clear point of view on where and how Feeld shows up across markets • Partner deeply with Data and Research to identify opportunities, set market-level targets, and uncover the cultural and behavioral nuances that drive growth • Develop and steer local marketing plans that feel native to each market—grounded in insight, not replication • Drive expansion into new and emerging markets, building thoughtful entry strategies that prioritize learning, community fit, and long-term potential over short-term scale • Collaborate with Brand and Creative to shape campaigns that create a strong brand halo globally, while allowing for meaningful local expression • Use local markets as testing environments for messaging, positioning, and campaigns, feeding insights back into global strategy and creative expression • Build a deep, ongoing understanding of subcultures and communities, ensuring our work reflects the diversity, complexity, and progressiveness of our audience • Create strong feedback loops between markets and brand, so what we learn locally influences brand, product, and growth decisions globally • Own performance across markets, balancing brand impact with measurable outcomes and sustainable growth • Build and manage a network of local partners, collaborators, and operators, enabling high-quality, culturally attuned execution on the ground
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in global or regional marketing, with 3+ years in a managerial and/or leadership role, and a track record of building and leading localization strategies across multiple markets
- Deep experience in consumer brands, with a strong instinct for brand-building that goes beyond aesthetics and into meaning, identity, and cultural relevance
- Highly fluent in data and research, using insight not just to optimize, but to understand people and shape strategy
- Culturally aware and deeply curious, with a genuine interest in subcultures, relationships, and the nuances of how people connect across different contexts
- Experienced in market expansion, with a thoughtful approach to entering and scaling new regions
- A strong cross-functional collaborator, able to work fluidly with Brand, Creative, Product, and Data teams
- Strategic but not removed, comfortable moving between vision and execution, and holding a high bar for the work at every level
