Role Description We are looking for a Senior Director of Engineering – Full Stack / Backend Engineering to help drive the development of an AI-powered regulatory intelligence platform focused on life sciences and healthcare compliance. This role is ideal for a highly technical engineering leader who thrives on solving complex backend and AI-driven challenges while contributing to scalable SaaS platform development. You will play a critical role in building and evolving core platform capabilities, including: - AI-powered document analysis - Intelligent retrieval systems - Data pipelines - Cloud-native infrastructure Working closely with leadership, product, and regulatory operations teams, you will help translate strategic vision into robust, production-grade software solutions that support high-impact compliance workflows.
