Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in credential processing and monitoring preferred
- Proficient use of IT systems including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with credential evaluations desirable
- Fluency in German and/or French (reading and comprehension required)

• The UKG Pro HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing EVERSANA’s UKG Pro HCM system across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Onboarding modules. • Serve as a subject matter expert for system configuration, troubleshooting, and end‑user support. • Supports HRIS processes for EVERSANA’s global workforce while leading small projects and system enhancements that strengthen system reliability and enable a seamless and consistent employee experience. • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and highly reliable employee experience. • Identify, research, track, and ensure timely resolution or appropriate escalation of technical issues (internal user support & external vendor support).
