• The UKG Pro HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing EVERSANA’s UKG Pro HCM system across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Onboarding modules. • Serve as a subject matter expert for system configuration, troubleshooting, and end‑user support. • Supports HRIS processes for EVERSANA’s global workforce while leading small projects and system enhancements that strengthen system reliability and enable a seamless and consistent employee experience. • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and highly reliable employee experience. • Identify, research, track, and ensure timely resolution or appropriate escalation of technical issues (internal user support & external vendor support).

• Provide utilization management and care management for behavioral health and health care navigation for ASD services provided to Lucet eligible members • Collaborates in assessment, planning, facilitation, discharge planning, and advocacy to meet member health needs using available resources • Engages members and families through telephonic assessments, follow‑up support, education, and linkage to resources • Verifies member eligibility and benefits, completes utilization review for ABA therapy • Maintains accurate clinical documentation, protects client confidentiality, practices within licensure scope

• Lead and oversee small to medium-scale and cross-functional projects, including development of project plans, timelines, and resource coordination. • Analyze clinical and business needs to implement solutions aligned with best practices. • Design, build, configure, and optimize Epic Ambulatory workflows to improve operational efficiency (SmartTools, orders, navigators, templates). • Develop and document detailed system requirements, functional specifications, and change requests. • Conduct impact analysis for system upgrades, new releases, and regulatory updates; assess workflow implications and implement required changes. • Monitor and evaluate system performance, ensuring optimal function and data integrity. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including workflow diagrams, enhancement documentation, test scripts, test scenarios, and test plans. • Execute system testing, identify defects, and coordinate remediation through resolution. • Identify project and application risks; maintain issue logs with clear ownership, mitigation strategies, and documented closure. • Serve as a liaison between operational stakeholders, IT teams, and software vendors to ensure alignment between technology and business processes. • Communicate application changes, enhancements, and best practices clearly to impacted teams. • Provide advanced analytical support and serve as a resource to end users to maximize system utilization and performance. • Support the training, mentoring, and development of junior analysts. • Develop and communicate project timelines for service requests and assigned initiatives.
