• Engage with customers to understand the PoC technical requirements, focusing on goals, APIs, data pipelines, deliverables, and success criteria • Deploy and configure Red Hat OpenShift resources within the PoC environment • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, diagrams, code comments, and code reviews • Write custom YAML manifests for defining Red Hat OpenShift resources • Build multi-product demos and AI/ML workflows using Predictive and Generative AI • Develop use cases that showcase the value of Red Hat OpenShift and related products • Perform troubleshooting of Red Hat products to restore normal functioning • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and clarify business requirements • Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration using Red Hat Openshift Pipelines • Share test findings and best practices through various channels

• Educate prospects and customers on the capabilities and benefits of TiDB, articulating how it addresses business and technical challenges. • Share best practices for integrating TiDB with various data sources and applications. • Guide customers through the design, deployment, and optimization of TiDB implementations across multiple functional areas of their organization. • Lead and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements, demonstrating TiDB’s capabilities in real-world scenarios. • Develop and present tailored architectural solutions, best practices, and industry-specific use cases. • Provide technical input on RFPs and customer technical requirements. • Create and develop technical champions in your accounts to drive deals and achieve a technical win. • Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of TiDB throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation. • Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops to various audiences, including developers, architects, and C-level executives. • Generate high-quality technical content such as whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, and reference architectures. • Stay at the cutting edge of distributed database technology, confidently presenting TiDB roadmap features and functionality to customers and prospects. • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve TiDB’s products and positioning. • Establish industry influence by contributing to technical discussions, organizing knowledge-sharing sessions, and engaging with the open-source community. • Travel within the region (approximately 20-40%) as required for customer engagements.

• Drive technical discovery, architecture design, and PoC implementation throughout the pre-sales lifecycle. • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to craft compelling technical value propositions. • Deliver high-impact demonstrations, workshops, and proposals tailored to C-level and technical stakeholders. • Cultivate trust and credibility with customers, identifying technical champions and positioning as a strategic advisor. • Liaise between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams to relay feedback and influence product roadmap. • Lead cross-regional technical initiatives and enhance SE tools, processes, and frameworks for global scalability. • Mentor junior team members, foster technical excellence, and share industry best practices across the SE team. • Maintain expert-level knowledge of LaunchDarkly’s platform, integrations, industry trends, and emerging technologies. • Respond to RFPs, and manage technical environments to support enterprise sales motions. • Translate complex client requirements into scalable, sustainable, and technically sound solutions. • Represent LaunchDarkly at industry events and customer engagements through travel as needed.
