Job Requirements

Qualifications - 2 or more years supporting a construction company in accounting/bookkeeping, invoicing, job costing, or draws (residential construction preferred). - Strong understanding of construction invoicing and draws (WIP basics and timing awareness are a plus). - QuickBooks experience preferred (or strong ability to learn quickly). - Experience with invoice platforms/tools (bonus if you've used Adaptive or similar). - Strong Excel skills (comfortable working with cost tracking, templates, and large datasets). - Extremely detail-oriented with a "close the loop" mindset, able to manage high volume without losing items. - Clear written English and reliable communication in a remote environment. - Must reliably meet weekly check-ins and monthly deadlines. - Able to overlap with U.S. business hours consistently.
