Associate Quality Engineer – Infrastructure
Veeva
• Understand Vault infrastructure architecture to test infra changes utilizing AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker experience • Setup, maintain, test, and improve infrastructure test environment • Create testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports assessing quality and associated risk • Apply your programming skills toward automating and optimizing the testing of cloud-based infrastructure
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related technical field
- Understanding of Software development methodologies, tools, and approaches
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Comfortable with some of the following tools:
- Programming & Scripting:** Java, C#, Javascript, Python, Bash/Shell
- Other Tools: **Gitlab/Github

This means you will be responsible for prioritizing testing efforts, clarifying requirements, challenging assumptions from a quality perspective, coordinating Business Acceptance Testing, and advocating for the needs of our customers. • You'll work closely with SDETs to expand and maintain our automated test coverage for new features and regression testing. You'll also collaborate with other manual QA engineers on cross-team and cross-BU projects. • You'll proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
