Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of professional software development experience building and maintaining production systems
- Strong professional experience developing backend systems using C# and .NET in production environments
- Strong experience designing, deploying, and operating production systems in AWS
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD concepts and tooling
- Strong experience working with relational databases; SQL Server experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of security best practices for modern cloud-based applications
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

About the Job: The Medical TPA Generalist supports day-to-day administration of self-funded health plans, acting as a liaison between employers, members, providers, networks, and carriers. This role is accountable for accurate eligibility and enrollment, compliant COBRA administration, precise claims processing, provider data maintenance, reporting, and general plan operations. Success looks like clean data, timely processing, regulatory compliance, and an excellent stakeholder experience.
