• Drive results in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds • Design and implement strategic business plans that expand partnerships • Resolve key customer issues and identify opportunities by proposing solution-based alternatives • Apply strong analytical skills to track market trends, produce detailed forecasts, and influence merchandising decisions at customer locations • Develop a deep understanding of key accounts’ business as if it were your own • Create and maintain financial metric tracking for key accounts to ensure clear communication and visibility of progress • Thoroughly plan and structure meetings and anticipate needs before they are raised • Anticipate and recommend improvements for key accounts • Execute projects with timely follow-up to both key accounts and internal teams • Read customer cues and navigate conversations in a professional, collaborative manner • Professionally escalate critical or urgent items to senior management when necessary • Manage communications between key customers and internal teams • Collaborate with key account regional teams to identify and expand opportunities within the territory • Lead cross-functional teams, including product development, supply, forecasting, pricing, marketing, customer service, logistics, and finance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficiency in French and English – written and spoken
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, with recent experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role managing key accounts in the tire or a closely related industry
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Thorough knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and key business indicators in the tire industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and decision‑making skills with proven ability to close deals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Ability to travel within Canada and internationally as required
