Qualifications - 5+ years of software engineering experience. - Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, and React. - Experience leading the feasibility and execution of complex projects. - Technical vision and ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural goals. - Strong product intuition and a passion for building consumer experiences users love, backed by strong quantitative and qualitative understanding of product experiences. - Experience leveraging and extending A/B testing frameworks, experimentation infrastructure, and robust internal analytics. - Bias towards action, and good instinct to decide on the appropriate level of rigor/effort for experiments (when to cut corners, when to invest for the future). - Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical colleagues (including marketing, product, design, and data science). Requirements - Experience building consumer subscription or SAAS products. - Prior fintech experience. - Experience with analytics tooling including Segment or Amplitude. - Experience with billing systems. POSITION OVERVIEW As the first Mechatronics Engineer at FloVision Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and deploying novel robotic systems in food production environments. You will support our team in bringing real-time, robotic applications to market that harness feedback from FloVision’s current computer vision applications (FloVision Pro and Nano).
