Finance & Operations Assistant

• Own day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and cash flow tracking • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and support month-end and year-end close • Prepare regular management reports covering revenue, costs, and performance • Work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure accurate billing and cost allocation • Liaise with external accountants, payroll providers, and financial partners • Support HR administration including onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and holiday tracking • Assist with recruitment administration, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate tracking • Maintain organised internal documentation across finance, HR, and operations • Support general business administration and ad-hoc operational tasks

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a finance, accounts, or finance assistant role.
  • Comfortable working with cryptocurrency tools and payments
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic financial reporting.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or early-stage businesses is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Confident using accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for core financial processes.
  • Clear communicator, able to work closely with non-finance teams.
