Growth Operations Associate

Role Description Run the operational engine behind revenue – from pipeline to live campaign. We’re hiring a Growth Operations Associate to support our US commercial team, spanning advertiser and publisher sales, campaign execution and partner retention. This role sits at the center of revenue, turning pipeline into live campaigns and ensuring everything runs quickly, cleanly, and to a high standard. You’ll own the day-to-day work that keeps the commercial engine moving – from campaign setup and optimization through to pipeline progression and outbound support. By doing this well, you enable faster launches, stronger performance, and more revenue. This is a high-pace, hands-on role, with a true opportunity to grow, learn, and make a major impact across a growing organization. - Own campaign setup and execution: Set up campaigns across our platform, QA thoroughly, monitor performance daily, and troubleshoot issues to ensure campaigns launch and run cleanly. - Optimize performance: Track key metrics, identify underperformance, and take action – reallocating budgets, adjusting setups, and improving outcomes in real time. - Support pipeline progression: Help move advertiser opportunities forward – maintaining clear next steps, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring nothing stalls between interest and launch. - Run outbound and conference workflows: Build target lists, support prospecting, and execute structured pre- and post-conference outreach to drive meetings and pipeline. - Remove friction from sales to live: Coordinate across sales, product, and operations to ensure campaigns move quickly from agreement to launch. - Keep systems and data tight: Maintain clean, accurate CRM and operational data, track timelines and dependencies, and surface blockers early. - Build leverage through systems and AI: Identify repetitive work and improve how it’s done – intentionally and intelligently using templates, workflows, and tools like Claude to increase speed, quality, and output. Qualifications - 1–3 years’ experience in operations, sales, marketing, or campaign execution roles - You’ve gained experience in a startup, scaleup, agency, or other high-pace environment - Experience supporting revenue-generating activity (e.g. campaigns, pipeline, or partnerships) - Comfort operating in high-volume environments, managing multiple workstreams at once - Strong executor – you get through high volumes of work with accuracy and pace - High attention to detail – you catch issues early and take pride in clean execution - Comfort working with data and performance metrics (e.g. conversion rates, pipeline progression, revenue, CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS, or similar) - Experience working with CRM or operational systems (we use HubSpot) - Clear communicator – you capture information well and follow through on actions - Strong ownership mindset – you don’t wait to be told, you move things forward - Curiosity and adaptability – you’re comfortable learning new systems, tools, and ways of working quickly - Comfort using AI tools to support your work (or strong willingness to learn) Requirements - Exposure to adtech, martech, marketplaces, or performance-driven environments - Experience setting up or managing digital campaigns - Experience supporting outbound sales or pipeline generation - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Benefits - Real exposure: You’ll work directly on live campaigns across well-known brands, driving revenue and managing pipeline - with strong support of your team. - Impactful ownership: You’ll quickly take on important workflows that keep campaigns and pipeline moving. - Learn fast: This role sits across sales, operations, and performance – with clear pathways into partnerships, sales, or growth roles over time. - High standards, low ego: We operate with urgency, clarity, and strong commercial discipline. - Built for flexibility: Remote-first US team, with hubs across Florida, the Carolinas, and Pennsylvania. - Competitive package: Competitive salary, bonus opportunity, plus stock options, healthcare, and generous PTO.
