Job Requirements
- 4+ years recruiting in early-stage or fast-growth environments (agency, embedded, or in-house)
- Knowledge of early startup teams — product, eng, GTM, ops
- Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch and actively hunt
- Strong focus on the experience of candidates and clients
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced startup environment
