Senior Revenue Management Analyst
Beyond
• Partnering closely with our Customer Success Team to ensure client performance and reporting accuracy. • Answering complex questions that need advanced analytical and SQL abilities • Reviewing Beyond’s algorithm performance, coming up with new reports and ideas for improvement as well as making direct actionable algorithm updates based on data-driven insights • Defining and establishing key insights in market performance, event tracking, automated notification and other big data based analytics • Providing written ad-hoc analyses on booking trends and revenue management best practices to clients
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in dynamic revenue management or the hospitality industry
- Advanced SQL experience
- Experience analyzing data and preparing clear written and verbal presentations of insights and findings
- Ability to quickly interpret data visualizations and extract meaningful insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholder
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to share newly learned tools, techniques, and insights with the broader team
- Python/Jupyter Notebook experience is a plus

Role Description This position serves as the business lead supporting the analysis, design, development, and deployment of business systems and reporting tools to meet Ameritas Retirement Plans division goals and objectives. Provide recommendations for automation and process improvements with a broad knowledge of business systems, reporting, and analytical tools used across the enterprise to recommend optimum solutions for the use cases presented. This is a technical individual contributor role. This position will straddle the line between our Retirement Plan division and our I.T. teams to define strategy, communicate vision, needs, and priorities. This role will involve critical thinking and an ability to understand and manage competing visions and competing priorities.
