Responsibilities include: - Developing the suitable department across CEE, supporting the team members. - Leading and managing sustainability projects including building energy modelling, decarbonisation, emission reduction, analyses related to the use of alternative energy sources, energy efficiency, environmental assessments of buildings, circular economy, ESG reporting, social & climate change. - Preparing proposals. - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients. - Staying up-to-date with the latest sustainability regulations, guidelines and best practices and ensuring that these are incorporated into project work. - Working with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Qualifications - At least 8 years experience as a Sustainability / Energy Consultant or in a similar position. - University degree with a focus on Sustainability / Energy Efficiency or related discipline. - Knowledge about MEP installations and differences in their efficiencies. - Ability to manage multiple & cross country teams and clients. - Strong analytical skills & attention to details. - Problem solver & “can-do” attitude. - Great interpersonal skills. - Fluent English.
