Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable success designing user interfaces for SaaS companies
- Excellent communication skills - able to clearly articulate design decisions and work collaboratively with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams
- Expert working knowledge of Figma or a similar design tool
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including research artifacts, wireframes, and visual designs
- Familiar with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)

Additional Information The annual salary range for this position is $119,000 to $178,000. About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Experience Strategist & UX Designer to join our fast-growing CX team. This is a full-time, remote position. The QD CX team focuses on the holistic, end-to-end digital experience.
