• List rental properties on the MLS or other major platforms • Show properties to prospective tenants • Communicate with and screen applicants to identify qualified candidates • Provide weekly updates on showing activity, applicant status, and feedback • Meet key deadlines to minimize vacancy time • Coordinate lease signing and transition to our onboarding process for new residents • Use our online portal to receive listings, submit updates, and communicate

• Support the strengthening of the CIVICUS Monitor’s global research collaboration • Assist with the implementation of the Monitor’s civic space incidents tool • Help with the data coding of civic space incidents • Collect regional case studies and draft fact sheets as assigned • Support the Civic Space Research team in administrative and logistical tasks • Support the team communication strategy and information sharing through social media and other platforms

• Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile to dealer records. • Communicate effectively with dealer and home office personnel. • Verify collateral, assess condition, and provide prompt and accurate reporting. • Schedule and route inspections to ensure efficient completion within required timeline. • Utilize a company supplied tablet PC in performance of services. • Possess a smart phone (Android or IOS)

• Submit claims accurately and completely with all required attachments and documentation • Post insurance payments with speed and accuracy in accordance with the received EOB • Follow up on outstanding claims to reduce claim aging • Handle denials and appeals professionally and efficiently, interpreting EOBs and rejection codes • Collaborate with our software engineering team to provide feedback and ideas that improve our internal tools • Work cross-functionally with teammates in billing, operations, and client success to deliver excellent service
