Senior User Experience Designer
AOT Technologies
• Shape digital services for enterprise and public sector clients • Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive, accessible experiences • Work within cross-functional consulting teams and collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and client stakeholders • Design wireframes, mockups, and UI concepts, progressing to advanced interaction models and system-level thinking at the senior level • Create interactive prototypes to test ideas, validate flows, and communicate design intent • Conduct or lead user research and usability testing • Translate insights into clear, actionable design recommendations and present them to internal teams and clients • Apply and advocate for accessibility best practices, ensuring alignment with WCAG standards • Contribute to or lead Agile UX processes • Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients and teammates
Job Requirements
- ~5+ years of experience in UX, product, or service design
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using tools like Figma
- Familiarity with usability testing and research methods
- Understanding of information architecture and accessibility principles (WCAG)
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- ~7+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership in UX design (for Senior User Experience Designer)
- Proven ability to lead design projects and client engagements independently
- Expertise in advanced research methods, synthesis, and insight communication
- Experience developing or contributing to design systems and scalable UX practices
- Strong facilitation, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills
