Preferred qualifications - Familiarity with working in a laboratory and on semiconductor equipment with experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques. - In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE). - Proficient in MATLAB, Python, or other similar scientific computing language. - Working knowledge of statistical analysis and problem-solving methodologies. - Experience with statistical tools (JMP, Minitab, etc.) - Background in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD), or Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). - Background in Plasma Physics, Reactive Ion Etching (RIE), Atomic Layer Etching (ALE), Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), Capacitively Coupled Plasma (CCP). - Knowledge of Material synthesis and material characterization. • Attend project meetings, develop scope of work documents, and prepare proposals for engineering projects. • Perform and/or oversee technical analyses and calculations, develop recommendations and prepare reports for engineering projects. • Work with other specialists, including subconsultants and internal team members, related to geotechnical, remediation, and restoration services. • Assist with development and review of design documents and supporting deliverables including engineering drawings and calculations, technical specifications, and opinions of probable cost. • Assist with development of in-house deep foundations testing capability including procurement and management of equipment, staff building and training, client development, and marketing. • Perform task management, including team assignments and coordination, contractor management, develop budgets and schedules for projects, and manage their successful completion. • Develop and execute field investigation and laboratory testing plans at upland and in-water project sites • Assist with development of construction planning and observation documentation, construction oversight and management services.

• Focus on Transmission System Planning & Analysis and provide highly-skilled engineering and analytically based services to assess power system performance for electric transmission systems • Involves power system modeling and analysis across various planning horizons using specialized software • Develop and evaluate alternatives for interconnecting or modifying generating units and other resources • Advise clients on study processes and methods used by ISOs/RTOs and transmission owners • Assess the reliability and efficiency of existing and planned power systems, developing solutions to address any concerns and ensure compliance with standards • Develop and validate models for generating units, inverters, and other resources • Manage and mentor less experienced staff to help them develop new skills and grow professionally
