Anchor QEA

• Provide senior-level technical advisory support across Anchor QEA’s 4Rs work: Remediation, Restoration, Resiliency, and Revitalization. • Serve as a subject matter expert in nature-based solutions, resiliency, restoration, remediation, and related environmental disciplines. • Advise project teams on high-impact projects by offering strategic technical review, external perspective, and innovative solutions. • Collaborate with Market Sector and Strategic Initiative Leads to identify and support high-value project opportunities. • Support client development, strategic pursuits, peer-review opportunities, and market positioning. • Mentor technical leaders and project teams by sharing expertise, industry perspective, and best practices. • Represent Anchor QEA externally through conferences, presentations, publications, client meetings, and professional networks. • Partner with marketing and communications teams to promote Anchor QEA’s 4Rs expertise and project successes.

• Attend project meetings, develop scope of work documents, and prepare proposals for engineering projects. • Perform and/or oversee technical analyses and calculations, develop recommendations and prepare reports for engineering projects. • Work with other specialists, including subconsultants and internal team members, related to geotechnical, remediation, and restoration services. • Assist with development and review of design documents and supporting deliverables including engineering drawings and calculations, technical specifications, and opinions of probable cost. • Assist with development of in-house deep foundations testing capability including procurement and management of equipment, staff building and training, client development, and marketing. • Perform task management, including team assignments and coordination, contractor management, develop budgets and schedules for projects, and manage their successful completion. • Develop and execute field investigation and laboratory testing plans at upland and in-water project sites • Assist with development of construction planning and observation documentation, construction oversight and management services.
