Cloud Platforms Engineer
Amcor
• Administering and configuration of cloud-based core infrastructure and services • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical requirements • Research and present new cloud technologies and recommendations • Working with leadership to establish cloud technology roadmaps • Prepare and present technical design documentation and task-level project plans • Help identify and communicate risks associated with cloud platforms • Support of Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google and third-party cloud application integrations • Provide highest-level technical support to resolve complex customer problems • Maintain a deep technical knowledge of data center technologies • Mentor and engage others while helping guide the organization’s strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Cloud Engineer, Automation engineer, Azure Specialist, AWS Engineer, Google Cloud Engineer)
- Experience in automation technologies such as Terraform, Puppet, Azure DSC, Jenkins, JSON etc.
- Significant understanding of DevOps, Agile and CI/CD Pipeline principles and methodologies
- Understanding of ITIL practices, change control etc.
- Excellent Verbal, presentation and written communications skills
- Demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, Role Based Access, ADFS, and Multi-factor Authentication works
- Understanding of Role based access controls
- Configuration and deployment expertise with 3rd party enterprise application integrations into Azure Services such as SAP, Docusign, Concur, Workday, etc.
