CTG is seeking an experienced Back-End Developer with a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM), application security, and enterprise integration platforms. This role is responsible for designing, building, and supporting secure, scalable services and APIs that integrate with identity providers, authentication systems, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience developing backend services that support secure access, identity lifecycle workflows, and system-to-system integrations in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain secure backend services, APIs, and microservices using modern programming languages (Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python). - Build and support integrations with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), ForgeRock, CyberArk, or similar. - Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms including SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML. - Develop identity provisioning and de-provisioning workflows and support user lifecycle automation. - Integrate backend systems with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, ServiceNow, or Kafka. - Design and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for secure data exchange. - Partner with security teams to implement encryption, token management, secrets management, and role-based access control (RBAC). - Ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability requirements. - Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and DevSecOps practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to authentication, authorization, and integrations. - Maintain documentation for system integrations, APIs, and security configurations. Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of back-end development experience. - Strong programming experience in one or more languages: Java, C#, Python, or Node.js. - Hands-on experience integrating with IAM or security platforms. - Experience implementing authentication protocols: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP/Active Directory. - Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with JSON/XML data. - Strong understanding of secure coding practices and application security principles. - Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
