Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven entrepreneurial spirit – you take ownership, show initiative, and deliver without waiting for direction.
- Ideally some experience from founding, scaling, or leading a business.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on creating mutual growth with partners.
- Demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
- Experience in luxury sales, retail, or HNWI customer relationships is advantageous.
- Strategic, fearless, and competitive – you play to win and inspire others to do the same.
- Analytical and action-oriented – you plan, execute, and own your results.
- Fluent in Danish and English; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.
- Valid EU driver’s license with flexibility to travel approximately 80%.
