Role Description We are engaging CDL-A Owner Operators operating power-only equipment to support trailer movement between yards, ports, and distribution centers. This role is structured for drivers who prefer consistent short-haul or regional operations with efficient turnaround times. - Drivers operate independently and determine their schedules and workload. Freight Overview - Freight involves moving preloaded or empty trailers between facilities. - Operations may include drop-and-hook or live load scenarios depending on location. What to Expect - Access to short-haul and regional trailer moves - Flexible scheduling and route selection - No forced dispatch - Optional coordination support Responsibilities - Safely transport trailers between locations - Perform trailer hook-up and safety checks - Maintain ELD logs and required documentation - Conduct inspections of tractor and trailer - Meet pickup and delivery requirements - Communicate updates when required Requirements - Valid CDL-A license - DOT-compliant tractor - Experience with trailer handling - Active liability insurance - Acceptable driving record - Authorization to work in the United States Work Structure This is a full-time owner-operator opportunity designed for CDL-A drivers operating under a power-only setup.
