• Responsible for building high-fidelity prototypes and design systems for functional requirements. • Use Figma (including Dev Mode) to create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes. • Manage and maintain Figma design systems, ensuring consistency between design tokens and codebase. • Create interactive prototypes for rapid testing and feedback. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure accurate design implementation. • Develop clean, reusable, and scalable UI components. • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices.

• Design and deliver user-facing features using React, and TypeScript. You’ll own the entire journey, from shaping the UX, to implementation, to launch and validation through our A/B experimentation framework. • Develop backend features using Python/Django • Help us improve our codebase and workflows by applying practical best practices across frontend, backend, and mobile. • Collaborate with Design, Product, and Data to ideate, test, and validate user-facing experiences.
