Sales Enablement, Pre-Sales Executive

• Lead and contribute to bid, RFP, and proposal responses. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, SMEs, Marketing, and Finance. • Translate technical and SME input into clear, client-focused messaging. • Develop proposal storylines, structure, and content. • Create high-quality written proposals, presentations, and supporting materials. • Support opportunity qualification and bid/no-bid decisions. • Coordinate cross-functional contributions to ensure proposal timelines are met. • Maintain and enhance the bid library and reusable proposal assets. • Track proposal performance and feedback to improve win rates. • Capture feedback from bids and client presentations to improve reusable assets.

Job Requirements

  • Experience supporting bids, tenders, or RFP responses within consulting, technology, or professional services environments.
  • Background in Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking advantageous
  • Ability to translate complex technical or SME input into clear, client-focused messaging and value propositions.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across sales, delivery teams, subject matter experts, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to develop high-quality proposal materials and supporting analysis.
