• Manage inbound and outbound client communication to obtain required information and supporting documents • Support clients through the document collection process with clear, professional, and client-focused communication • Maintain accurate and well-organised client records within UNO’s platform, ensuring files are complete and assessment-ready • Perform preliminary credit assessments, including lender policy checks, serviceability reviews, and product suitability analysis • Proactively identify missing information or potential issues and coordinate with clients or brokers to resolve them promptly • Partner closely with Scott to ensure opportunities continue progressing smoothly through the early stages of the pipeline • Keep up to date with lender policy changes and product updates to support accurate upfront assessments • Ensure all client information and documentation are captured in accordance with compliance requirements and internal processes
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in credit assessment, lending support, or mortgage broking assistance, preferably within the Australian market
- Solid knowledge of residential and/or commercial lending products, lender policies, and servicing calculations
- Quick to adapt to new systems, workflows, and policy changes in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable navigating technology and working within a highly digital, systems-driven platform
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate, organised, and high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in handling phone-based client interactions and building rapport
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach with a strong commitment to client service
- Equipped for remote work with previous experience successfully working in a work-from-home setup
