• Lead Agentic AI Design & Prototyping workshops with member organizations • Identify high-value use cases • Rapidly build and iterate functional AI agent prototypes • Facilitate hands-on build sessions and hackathons • Collaborate directly with member teams to co-create and refine AI artifacts • Contribute to the development of practical AI resources • Provide advisory support to members

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on technical experience
  • 2–3+ years building, prototyping, or operationalizing AI/ML systems
  • Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or related technical degree preferred
  • Practical experience designing and developing AI agents
  • Experience working in or alongside ML Ops or AI delivery teams
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI development tools and platforms
  • Experience facilitating hands-on technical workshops, hackathons, or build sessions
  • Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is preferred

The Senior Data Scientist, Diagnostics Platform supports the Diagnostics Platform by contributing to the strategy, development, and operationalization of large language models (LLMs), agentic AI, and image AI solutions. In this role, you will help build multimodal datasets, develop production-grade models, contribute to RAG pipelines and agent workflows, and integrate insights into products, clinical, regulatory, and post-market evidence programs. The role works cross-functionally with clinical, R&D, regulatory/quality, medical affairs, IT/security, and Operating Companies to deliver measurable patients and business impact. This position reports to the Director, Data Science and is part of the Diagnostics Platform and will be fully remote.
