• Help design, validate, and evolve a cloud-native OpenStack platform. • Contribute to architectural decisions, support complex customer scenarios, and ensure stable product releases. • Actively influence the MOSK roadmap and backlog by providing technical input on feature feasibility, architectural scalability, and long-term maintainability. • Design, implement, and document lifecycle management for OpenStack on Kubernetes. • Drive validation of enabled features by defining test scenarios and integrating feature support into MOSK’s lifecycle management. • Lead design discussions, planning sessions, and retrospectives to uphold standards for software quality. • Design, implement, and maintain core frameworks, libraries, and tools for MOSK development. • Build and evolve automation for deploying and managing complex OpenStack-on-Kubernetes environments. • Debug and resolve complex issues in customer production environments. • Act as an authoritative technical source for MOSK and OpenStack behavior to ensure correctness of documentation.

• Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of our SaaS platform • Lead infrastructure automation efforts using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management tools • Define and monitor SLAs/SLOs/SLIs, and drive service quality improvements • Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines, enabling faster and safer deployments • Contribute to and continuously improve disaster recovery, backup, and incident response plans • Proactively analyze system capacity and forecast resource needs • Diagnose complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes • Collaborate with engineering squads to embed DevOps best practices in the SDLC

• Continuously improve the security of our AWS and Kubernetes platforms • Strengthen IAM, RBAC, encryption, secrets management, and network controls through secure-by-default policy-as-code • Manage edge security, including traffic filtering, WAF configuration, and external exposure management • Perform security reviews of new services, architectural changes, and platform components • Embed automated security controls into SDLC and CI/CD (SAST, dependency and container scanning, policy enforcement) • Lead vulnerability management processes, including detection, assessment, prioritization, and reporting • Integrate automation and AI-assisted tooling to enhance security reviews and reduce manual effort • Define and implement security controls for AI infrastructure components, including gateways, MCP servers, and model proxies • Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, and agent privilege escalation

ITIL-Prozesse (Incident-, Problem-, Changemanagement) • Erarbeitung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, SOPs und technischen Konzepten • Mitgestaltung agiler Arbeitsprozesse (SCRUM, Kanban) • Kundenberatung zu neuen Technologien & deren Einführung • Design und Architektur komplexer IT-Umgebungen • (Teil-)Projektleitung und technische Verantwortung
