Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Java Microservices Development Engineer to join our team. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable and efficient microservices architecture for our applications. You will work closely with the development, architecture, and operations teams to ensure the best practices in microservices design and development, and mentor a team of Java developers. Key Responsibilities: • Independently designs and/or codes and may lead others in the development of cost-effective application and program solutions. • Leads or acts as chief technical contributor to translation of business requirements to technical specifications. • Leads or acts as a technical contributor in the design of new applications or enhancements including integration of purchased solutions. • Independently performs and assists other team members in providing ongoing system maintenance, research, problem resolution and on-call support tasks for existing systems. • Oversees or performs unit testing. May perform or assist with functional integration and system testing, according to detailed test plans to ensure high-quality systems. May assist business partners with User Acceptance Testing. • With limited direction, supports the implementation of systems into production, including integration of purchased solutions. • Responsible for Code Asset Management for an application or set of applications. Supports and promotes the reuse of assets across the organization. • May lead or act as a subject matter expert for projects and/or service requests impacting an application or set of applications. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 5+ years of overall experience in application program development with hands-on experience on Java development. • 4+ years experience with Integration concepts and practices. · 4+ years experience in Springboot and Microservices. • 4+ years experience working with business and functional requirements that apply to the applications supporting a sub-domain or domain as well as their relevant interfaces. • 2+ years experience supporting and leading others to develop API services utilizing onshore and offshore teams. Preferred Skills: • Experience/knowledge in databases, event driven architectures, cloud platforms. • Knowledge in SPLUNK, Cloud Containerization, DevOps. • Experience with one or more programming language, development tools, and/or databases and the systems development life cycle, applicable to a development organization. • Experience with application development support software packages. • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. Education Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. • Technically enhance the process of getting new clients to production within our Activations squad • Integrating with the Clients’ core provider API • Enhancing third party integrations such as, Check Book ordering, ACH Transfers, and improving product services • Working with the clients to discover nuances to their online account opening process • Partnering with our product team to account for those nuances in our system

• Provide end-to-end technical leadership for the Transportation Management System (TMS) • Oversee the integration of TMS with other enterprise systems • Ensure that the TMS is optimized for scalability, performance, and reliability • Manage the customization and configuration of the TMS to meet evolving business requirements • Lead efforts to resolve technical issues and troubleshoot TMS system malfunctions • Continuously monitor system performance, analyze logs, and implement improvements • Ensure the TMS system adheres to organizational security protocols • Lead technical projects related to the TMS, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business needs • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the TMS supports operational needs • Implement and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for actionable insights • Oversee the integration of real-time data feeds into the TMS • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) • Continuously assess and improve transportation management processes • Stay up to date with the latest TMS trends and technologies and recommend innovative solutions

• Design and build our Cluster management platform • Act as the primary technical authority for user authentication and authorization • Partner with senior leadership and domain experts to maintain core infrastructure • Work alongside our dedicated security team to implement user access controls • Set the standard for technical excellence by providing expert code reviews • Participate in the Scrum model from ideation to maintenance • Contribute to our team on-call rotation
