• Owning full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across product engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, research, and beyond. • Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar. • Designing and executing thoughtful search strategies — from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing. • Managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality. • Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through a rigorous process with clarity, empathy, and conviction. • Serving as an ambassador for ElevenLabs — every interaction reflects our values and sets the tone for the candidate experience. • Continuously improving how we hire by iterating on processes, tooling, and data-driven insights.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent in competitive markets (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact matters more than years).
- Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing.
- Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts — you stay structured, adaptable, and focused.
- Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you build trust with both deeply technical candidates and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones.
- Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and how exceptional teams are built.
