• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across protocol, infrastructure, tooling, and ecosystem integrations • Translate engineering roadmaps into executable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success criteria • Serve as the central coordination point across engineering, architecture, product, governance, security, infrastructure, and external partners • Align internal teams and vendors on scope, timelines, testing responsibilities, and go-live criteria • Ensure technical requirements are clearly documented, understood, and met across stakeholders • Identify and manage technical and operational risk across distributed systems • Ensure clear expectations and timelines for partner and ecosystem testing • Oversee execution of technical partnership agreements and vendor deliverables • Ensure partner workstreams align with Midnight’s technical architecture and roadmap • Track performance, surface risks early, and drive resolution • Provide clear, structured updates to leadership on progress, risks, and decisions • Ensure stakeholders have shared visibility into status and next steps
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager in highly technical environments
- Strong working understanding of blockchain systems (L1/L2s, validators, nodes, wallets, infra)
- Experience managing programs involving distributed systems, production launches, and external partners
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, shifting requirements, and parallel workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort working with engineering artifacts (technical specs, GitHub, release plans)
