ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot CRM Implementation Assistant to work closely with one of our founders on a full-time, short-term contract. Your role will be to execute tasks inside HubSpot to bring our CRM vision to life — building sales pipelines, automations, workflows, integrations and reports that will underpin how our sales, customer service and account management teams operate. This is not a marketing or website role. The focus is purely on CRM, sales operations, customer service and account management workflows. This role is execution-heavy — we know what we want, we have in-house engineers, and we will give you clear direction. You will be responsible for making things happen quickly and correctly inside HubSpot. This is a 1-month full-time contract with the possibility of extension up to 3 months. We need someone who can start immediately and commit fully to UK business hours. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Work closely with leadership to understand requirements and translate them into HubSpot builds. - Configure and customise sales pipelines tailored to our sales process. - Create and manage automations, workflows and sequences for sales and customer operations. - Set up reporting dashboards and tracking for performance monitoring across teams. - Assist with HubSpot integrations including internal tools, APIs and third-party applications. - Support minor custom coding or technical adjustments where needed. - Build and manage custom properties, lead routing, deal stages and lifecycle management. - Document all processes, configurations and workflows to ensure a smooth handover to our team at the end of the contract.

• The Senior Implementation Consultant (IC) will be responsible for owning the overall design of assigned projects as well as recommending best practices for solutions based on client business needs in line with core ARA software functionality. • This role will require design and mapping of business requirements and solutions to system configuration requirements. • The IC will work with internal and external cross-disciplinary teams to capture and document requirements. These documents need to be precise and clear as the IC will use these as a basis for implementing the design, assigning activities to other project team members (where required), and will be used as the basis for unit, system, functional and client testing. • Review and participate in any customer design phase of a delivery project to ensure the requirements are captured in an effective and consistent manner. • Document and translate the client requirements as appropriate for input into requirements capturing tools, according to team standards. • Provide product analysis, design functionality & feature support to cross-discipline task teams where relevant. • Own, manage and monitor project backlog and iteration planning and reporting process. • Hold daily stand-ups to review progress against project schedule, allocate or reallocate work within the project team (including self) to ensure that all tasks are being actioned as expected according to schedule. • Ensure personal and assigned team deadlines are met. • Escalate any slippage on project deadlines for self and team.

However, despite the increasing relevance of migration in national development, significant gaps persist in the availability of reliable, comparable, and up to date data on migration dynamics and their economic implications. These gaps limit the ability of policymakers, institutions, and stakeholders to design evidence based policies and to fully leverage the contribution of migrants and diaspora communities to the country’s development. To address this gap, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), through the collaboration between IOM COMED (Coordination Office for the Mediterranean) and IOM Albania, is launching a research initiative aimed at generating robust evidence on the economics of migration in Albania. This project aims at adapting the established methodology developed by the Fondazione Leone Moressa (FLM) for Italy to the Albanian context, with the objective of producing a comprehensive, robust evidence-based analysis on migrants’ contribution to the national economy, including GDP, labour market structure, sectoral added-value, and fiscal impact, that can inform strategic planning and support policy dialogue at national and regional levels. The research will contribute to strengthening national migration governance and Albania’s efforts toward evidence based policymaking by providing a contextualized, point Intime analysis of labour market dynamics. Findings and recommendations are framed to inform ongoing policy dialogue and programme planning in support of longterm development priorities, including labour market planning socioeconomic inclusion, and the broader migration–development nexus.
