• Deploy and configure Proxmox VE clusters across multiple data center locations • Plan and execute virtual machine migrations with minimal service interruption • Configure and optimize Ceph storage and network infrastructure • Build automation workflows using Terraform, Ansible, and API integrations • Leverage AI tools to optimize your workflow • Performance monitoring • Collaborate with the infrastructure team on testing, validation, and documentation • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration phases
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of production experience with Proxmox VE
- 5+ years of practical virtualization administration experience
- Strong Linux system administration skills (Debian/RHEL family)
- Hands-on experience with Ceph or ZFS storage systems
- Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with virtualization concepts and VM migration strategies
- Experience with high-availability clustering and failover configurations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong English communication skills for team collaboration
- VMware vSphere/ESXi experience (Nice to Have)
- Previous involvement in large-scale infrastructure migration projects (Nice to Have)
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash) (Nice to Have)
- Experience with network configuration in virtualized environments (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Nice to Have)
