Paramount Commerce
• Lead a high-performing team responsible for the entire merchant platform • Own day-to-day technical execution for your squad • Write code and lead by example in reviews • Drive pragmatic architecture decisions for your squad's work • Actively grow the engineers around you through pairing and direct feedback • Work closely with other Engineering Leaders and Product Managers to translate merchant needs into actionable technical plans
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience (preferably in Java or Go)
- At least 1 year in a tech lead or senior technical capacity
- Experience with Java and Go on the backend, React on the frontend, PostgreSQL for data, and AWS or GCP in the cloud
