• Support the Operations team with administrative tasks and help keep internal timelines, projects, and deliverables organized and on track • Support Talent Acquisition Specialist with initial HR interviews and coordinate calendars across candidates, hiring managers, and leadership team members to support an organized and positive candidate experience • Maintain accurate internal documentation, operational trackers, and company systems to support a fully remote workforce • Support team members with company software logins, account access, and general remote support needs • Assist with drafting internal communications, organizing operational documentation, and supporting leadership level initiatives as needed • Help identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows, organization, and internal operational processes • Perform general administrative and data entry duties as deemed necessary by the Operations Team • Handle sensitive employee, hiring, and operational information with professionalism and confidentiality • Work a consistent set schedule Monday through Friday during established business hours
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative, operations, recruiting coordination, HR, or executive support experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
- Strong familiarity with MacOS, Google Drive, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and other collaborative productivity tools
- Ability to troubleshoot basic software, login, and account access issues remotely
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build productive working relationships across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy
- Comfortable supporting a distributed remote workforce and collaborating cross-functionally
