• Lead & drive large-scale, complex DT projects, showing up with a proactive, entrepreneurial, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and ownership, as if you were investing your own money in the project’s results. • Understand and support the Strategic Vision of the organization and ensure strategic alignment as a trusted advisor. • Foster trust and build collaborative relationships with digital and functional executive sponsors, ensuring a deep understanding of their strategic interests & viewpoints. • Ability to seamlessly navigate the political landscape amongst senior leaders in the function and DT. • Oversee all the normal PM fundamentals: project schedule, key decisions, resources, financials, requirements, issues, risks, dependencies. • Drive the project’s delivery cadence and maintain momentum and accountability, blending agile & waterfall techniques as needed. • Continuously demonstrate progress, provide status reports/briefings. • Create compelling materials to effectively communicate with senior/executive leaders the value delivery story for the project. • Efficiently shepherd your projects through our phase-gated project governance framework. • Maintain the team’s focus on critical cyber, architecture, and compliance artifacts and secure relevant approvals at each gate. • With grit and tenacity, attack complex issues and challenges for your project. • You will need to initiate and skillfully navigate tactful executive escalations to drive critical decisions while preserving trust, maintaining relationships, and fostering a constructive path forward. • In addition to delivering exceptional results on your assigned project, you’ll participate in efforts to continuously enhance and mature our PM services while evolving our value management capabilities. • Ability to travel ~20% within US
Job Requirements
- Typically a university degree and 10 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in related field and minimum 8 years’ experience OR in absence of a degree, 12+ years of relevant experience is required
- 5+ years of experience with project management oversight of DT software development or infrastructure initiatives.
- 3+ years of proven experience managing large scale projects involving complex enterprise systems, such as ERP, Payroll, Data Repository, or Engineering systems.
- 3+ years of a demonstrated ability to interface and collaborate with concurrent Enterprise projects, managing dependencies, resources, and schedule.
- 3+ years of experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.

Role Description L'unité départementale de la DREAL dans l'Oise comprend 5 équipes, dont 4 dans le domaine des installations classées pour la protection de l'environnement. Vous exercez les missions au sein de l'équipe 1 de l'Unité Départementale de Beauvais, composée d'un responsable d'équipe (ingénieur), de deux ingénieurs, deux techniciens et d'une assistante administrative, sous la responsabilité du Chef de l'équipe 1 (arrondissement de Beauvais et Clermont). Au quotidien, vous êtes en charge du suivi d'un portefeuille d'établissements, avec des missions d'instruction, d'examen et de contrôle, mais également de concertation. Vous intervenez sur le territoire de l'arrondissement de Beauvais et Clermont, regroupant des secteurs d'activité variés dont les déchets, les industries de la mécanique, la plasturgie, la métallurgie, les entrepôts, la méthanisation, ainsi que les carrières et les parcs éoliens du département. - Contrôlez que les sites respectent la réglementation, et en cas de manquement, vous proposez les suites et les sanctions si nécessaires. - Accompagnez les porteurs de projets pour le déploiement ou la modification d'activités industrielles, en proposant les mesures encadrant le fonctionnement des installations. - Participez aux réunions d'information et de concertation avec les parties prenantes concernées par les sites industriels (élus, associations environnementales, public, services de l'Etat, etc.). - Apportez une expertise technique lors des gestions de crise en cas d'accident ou de pollution.
