Role Description Responsible for supporting clients’ senior management with accurate and timely information. Involved with many different BI processes including: - Fabric - Snowflake - DBT - Power BI - Tableau - Azure Data Factory - Python - AirFlow - SQL Server - Integration Services (SSIS) - Reporting Services - Analysis Services - SQL Leading projects with little to no support & supporting other team members effectively. Take complex data requirements related to specific business problems, stage data, create facts and dimension tables, and build reports. Become an in-house expert on clients’ key business-operating metrics to support senior business leaders in quickly identifying issues and offering strategic recommendations on key programs. Responsibilities: - Lead analytics projects to successfully meet/exceed client requirements with minimal oversight & support. - Transforms raw data through applying business rules, auditing and staging data. - Supports senior management with analysis needed to make important decisions. - Helps identify & source KPIs for departments throughout the company. - Ensures database administration functions are performed effectively and in accordance with established policies and procedures. - Builds ETL packages to extract data from multiple sources and load into data warehouse. - Creates fact and dimension tables to support OLAP cubes & visualization tools. - Develops visualizations that fit client business needs/requirements & best-practices. - Uses problem solving and creativity to apply appropriate metrics in the creation of compelling and thorough analyses. - Develops key business operating metrics to help drive business accountability. - Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects. - Develops early a reputation of trust & self-sufficiency with leaders who will assign projects. - Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines. - Maintains proficiency in core analytics tools keeping skills relevant for EB clients’ needs. - Wides existing skillsets quickly to enable supporting wider set of clients (learning agility). - Leads certain skillsets (supports others including sales; recognized expert) and/or manages people. - Self-starter/owner – does not require managerial overhead & takes personal responsibility to get engaged on projects, recognize & handle problems, & proactively find/implement solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and solid background in technology, mathematics, statistics, accounting, finance, or other quantitative discipline preferred. - 5+ Years of data Modeling with Kimball Method (Star Schema). - Deep experience & expertise in Cloud Technologies such as: Fabric, Snowflake, DBT, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Python, Modeling data using Kimball Method (Star Schema), Analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, & Training data science/machine learning models Cloud technologies and services. Requirements - Must possess intellectual and analytical curiosity -- initiative to dig into the "why" of various results and a desire to grow responsibility and become a domain expert and strategic thought leader. - Can’t get ‘stuck’ & rely on other data engineers to resolve – must be highly self-sufficient. - Comfortable with uncertainty. Projects and assignments will change rapidly, so must be flexible enough to accommodate changing priorities and timelines. - Expert in each of the following analytics processes/languages: - SQL language - ETL processes - Kimball data modeling (Star Schema) - Analytics platform management - Expert in at least 4 of the following 6 analytics technologies: - Microsoft Fabric - Snowflake - Azure Data Factory (ADF) - DBT - Power BI - Tableau - Experience with Databricks, Airflow, Python, AI, AWS, & data integrations with NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Analysts by providing technical direction, reviewing deliverables, and guiding problem-solving approaches. • Define and execute the provider analytics roadmap in alignment with product and enterprise data strategy. • Set clear performance expectations, support professional development, and manage ongoing performance. • Serve as a subject matter expert in provider data, leading complex analyses to establish accurate provider identity, network status, affiliations, and hierarchy across multiple data sources. • Design and support scalable, production-grade analytics workflows using SQL, Python, and Databricks. • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of analytical outputs through strong validation and review practices. • Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Product, Application Development, and Client Success to deliver solutions, resolve complex issues, and support strategic initiatives. • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data reliability. • Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies and best practices to strengthen provider data capabilities. • Manage and track work through project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Salesforce.

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions • Prepare data for modeling, work with datasets to extract insights/findings, create Power BI dashboards

• Gather and clean data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Utilize statistical techniques and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python is a plus) to analyze datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. • Create detailed reports and visualizations (e.g., dashboards, graphs, charts) to present findings to stakeholders. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations and customer success management, to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights. • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes. • Other duties as assigned.
