• Elicit and understand requirements from business teams (analysts, managers, and directors) • Extract, transform, and load data using SQL and Python • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI or web development (Vibe Coding), ensuring usability and performance • Apply statistical techniques for exploratory analysis and data modeling • Automate reports and repetitive processes to improve efficiency • Validate and document data quality and analytical deliverables • Communicate results clearly

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Knowledge of AI tools
  • Experience with Power BI (report development, DAX, and modeling) or web dashboard development
  • Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server)
  • Python programming for data manipulation and analysis (pandas, numpy)
  • Fundamentals of statistics
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile

Responsibilities: - Lead analytics projects to successfully meet/exceed client requirements with minimal oversight & support. - Transforms raw data through applying business rules, auditing and staging data. - Supports senior management with analysis needed to make important decisions. - Helps identify & source KPIs for departments throughout the company. - Ensures database administration functions are performed effectively and in accordance with established policies and procedures. - Builds ETL packages to extract data from multiple sources and load into data warehouse. - Creates fact and dimension tables to support OLAP cubes & visualization tools. - Develops visualizations that fit client business needs/requirements & best-practices. - Uses problem solving and creativity to apply appropriate metrics in the creation of compelling and thorough analyses. - Develops key business operating metrics to help drive business accountability. - Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects. - Develops early a reputation of trust & self-sufficiency with leaders who will assign projects. - Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines. - Maintains proficiency in core analytics tools keeping skills relevant for EB clients’ needs. - Wides existing skillsets quickly to enable supporting wider set of clients (learning agility). - Leads certain skillsets (supports others including sales; recognized expert) and/or manages people. - Self-starter/owner – does not require managerial overhead & takes personal responsibility to get engaged on projects, recognize & handle problems, & proactively find/implement solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and solid background in technology, mathematics, statistics, accounting, finance, or other quantitative discipline preferred. - 5+ Years of data Modeling with Kimball Method (Star Schema). - Deep experience & expertise in Cloud Technologies such as: Fabric, Snowflake, DBT, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Python, Modeling data using Kimball Method (Star Schema), Analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, & Training data science/machine learning models Cloud technologies and services. Requirements - Must possess intellectual and analytical curiosity -- initiative to dig into the "why" of various results and a desire to grow responsibility and become a domain expert and strategic thought leader. - Can’t get ‘stuck’ & rely on other data engineers to resolve – must be highly self-sufficient. - Comfortable with uncertainty. Projects and assignments will change rapidly, so must be flexible enough to accommodate changing priorities and timelines. - Expert in each of the following analytics processes/languages: - SQL language - ETL processes - Kimball data modeling (Star Schema) - Analytics platform management - Expert in at least 4 of the following 6 analytics technologies: - Microsoft Fabric - Snowflake - Azure Data Factory (ADF) - DBT - Power BI - Tableau - Experience with Databricks, Airflow, Python, AI, AWS, & data integrations with NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus.
