Sales Enablement Specialist

• Increase sales team productivity and proposal quality while reducing cycle time. • Own data quality in HubSpot or Q360 • Ensure all deals, contacts, activities are complete and accurate • Generate weekly pipeline reports • Own end-to-end RFP response coordination • Maintain a reusable content library • Assemble proposals using standard templates • Ensure deadlines are met • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations • Ensure materials reflect current offerings • Track dependencies for proposals and deals • Follow up internally to unblock progress • KPIs: Proposal turnaround time, RFP submission success rate, CRM data completeness, Sales team time saved, Close rate influence

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years experience in sales support and operations
  • Strong CRM experience, especially HubSpot
  • Advanced Office 360 and document structuring
  • Experience with RFP processes
  • Strong writing and formatting skill
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ownership mindset
  • Ability to push stakeholders for inputs

Present tailored solutions that meet both design preferences and functional needs - Sales Training & Ride-Alongs: Train and mentor new and developing reps using a two-step model: first, they shadow you; then you shadow and coach them - Sales Coaching & Development: Deliver real-time feedback and coaching to improve reps’ presentations, objection handling, and closing skills - Lead by Example: Maintain a high personal close rate, model exceptional sales behavior, and help foster a high-performance sales culture - Performance Reporting: Track rep progress, appointment results, and training needs; report directly to the Sr. Sales Manager - Customer Service: Build trust and rapport throughout the consultation process.
