• Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware storage, delivery and integration projects, from sales through deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. • Technical Coordination: Work closely with systems engineers, solution architects, and field teams to ensure alignment on requirements, integration specifications, and testing procedures. • Customer Interface: Act as a key liaison between technical teams and clients, managing expectations, communicating progress, and addressing risks or issues proactively. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive coordination among engineering, logistics, procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams throughout the program lifecycle. • Vendor Engagement: Partner with OEMs, component suppliers, and service partners to track deliverables, validate configurations, and support issue resolution. • Process & Quality Management: Maintain documentation, track program metrics, and ensure compliance with integration standards and quality controls. • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and best practices in program management and hardware delivery execution.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects within IT hardware, infrastructure, or system integration environments.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating complex programs that involve multiple hardware and infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of hardware integration processes, validation testing, and release management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AHEAD project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce).
  • Experience in data center, cloud, or hybrid infrastructure deployments.
  • Familiarity with hardware lifecycle management (NPI, configuration control, change management).
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, client-driven environment.

Role Description We’re looking for an experienced individual contributor to own SaaS operations and vendor governance across the company. In this role, you’ll transform reactive vendor management into a proactive, scalable governance function, bringing visibility, control, and cost optimization to a rapidly growing SaaS ecosystem. As the company has scaled rapidly, our SaaS footprint has expanded to 700+ applications representing approximately $29M in annual spend. This role plays a critical part in bringing structure, visibility, and governance to that ecosystem as the organization continues to grow. What You’ll Do - SaaS Portfolio Governance - Own the end-to-end SaaS portfolio, including inventory, usage analytics, access controls, renewal calendar, and spend visibility, using SaaS Management Platforms (e.g., BetterCloud). - Drive portfolio consolidation and proactively identify Shadow IT, redundancy, and optimization opportunities. - Report regularly on SaaS spend, risk, and portfolio health to leadership. - Vendor, Renewal & Lifecycle Management - Own the commercial and governance lifecycle of SaaS vendors, including contracts, SLAs, renewals, and compliance alignment. - Lead comprehensive renewal planning and execution 90-120 days in advance, ensuring predictable budgeting, cost optimization, stakeholder coordination, and avoidance of misaligned auto-renewals. - Manage vendor escalations, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners, and execute third-party risk assessments (TPRM) via Vanta. - Financial & Cloud Spend Governance - Partner with Finance to provide accurate SaaS spend forecasting, budgeting inputs, and detailed ROI analyses (including Total Cost of Ownership and business cases) for vendor decisions and investment approvals. - Own financial governance and cost optimization for Google Cloud usage, focusing on spend visibility, rightsizing, and committed-use optimization. - Cross-Functional & Process Standardization - Partner with IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to support vendor onboarding, security assessments, and integration planning. - Standardize SaaS onboarding, access, and approval workflows across departments, and proactively track adoption rate, compliance metrics, and standardization success across the organization.
