• Accelerate the Product Lifecycle (PLC) across the organization by driving a single enterprise-wide best-practice of the systems engineering ecosystem with standardized frameworks and governance. • Lead training, coaching, and change management to ensure adoption across all business groups. • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. • Define and maintain enterprise-level systems engineering standards, tools, test methods, and design frameworks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in science or engineering
  • Master's degree or PhD preferred
  • At least 10 years of growing responsibility in R&D technical engineering roles or a PhD in a relevant engineering discipline with 5 years of industry experience
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams
  • Success in cross-functional collaboration, influencing senior leaders, and driving alignment across diverse business groups.
