Bilingual SAP Integration, Support

CIMCO Refrigeration Inc.

• Manage and Support Systems: Oversee and maintain various systems including SAP, FSM, Concur, ZOHO, Panda Docs, Octopus, Sensaas, UKG, Fiori, and CMACS. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the ERP and integrated systems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. • Provide helpdesk support for users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the ERP and integrated systems. • Create and maintain customer and vendor master records in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Generate reports, conduct audit reporting, post finance documents and payroll expenses. • Handle customer and vendor invoice cancellation requests. • Create and update US Tax tables in SAP. • Assist with payroll reconciliation of hours and expenses. • Provide training to users on the ERP and other integrated systems, ensuring they are proficient and can utilize the systems effectively.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role
  • Post secondary education Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • Fully Bilingual in English and French
  • Proficiency in managing and supporting ERP systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Remote Release of Information Specialist (ROIS) Summary of Position: The Release of Information Specialist (ROIS) initiates the medical record release process by inputting data into Verisma Software. The ROIS works quickly and carefully to ensure documentation is processed accurately and efficiently. This position could be based out of a Verisma facility, at a client site, or in some instances may be done remotely. The primary supervisor is Manager of Operations, Release of Information.
