Role Description We are a growing consultancy and advisory startup looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Specialist to help us generate high-quality leads and grow our client base. This is a remote, part-time position (with the potential to transition to full-time) ideal for someone who takes initiative, values quality over quantity, and thrives in a flexible, results-driven environment. - Scrape, filter, and qualify leads using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms - Conduct targeted research on potential clients to understand their business, pain points, and needs - Craft personalized outreach (emails, LinkedIn messages) — no generic templates - Make outbound calls to qualify and engage prospects - Book discovery calls or appointments with qualified leads for the founder - Continuously refine outreach strategies and suggest improvements to the process - Maintain a clean and organized lead pipeline Qualifications - Experience with Apollo and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to conduct quick but meaningful research on prospects and companies - A quality-first mindset — we care about qualified leads, not call volume - Someone who can think independently, use common sense, and bring fresh ideas to the table - Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision - Comfortable working remotely across time zones - English B2 Required - Comfortable using AI tools Nice to Have - Prior experience in B2B sales, outreach, or business development - Familiarity with CRM tools - Background in consulting, advisory, or professional services industries What Success Looks Like You don't need to make 500 calls a day. If you can engage 50 prospects and convert even 1–2 qualified leads, that's a win. We value thoughtful, well-researched outreach over high-volume spray-and-pray tactics. • Achieve monthly quotas by setting prospect meetings and creating new opportunities/pipeline • Conduct a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social connections to customers and prospects to gather and share information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested parties in learning more about the company’s products and services and respond to incoming inquiries • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives • Daily use of Salesforce, Zoominfo, 6Sense and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to secure accounts, leads and contacts according to sales department best practices, policies, and procedures • Report to Manager of Business Development Representatives
• Drive strategic outreach to target accounts across DTN’s sectors, with a focus on Agriculture • Leverage AI-powered tools, CRM systems, and sales engagement platforms to identify stakeholders and personalize outreach at scale • Book and schedule high-quality discovery meetings to support enterprise sales opportunities • Partner closely with Account Executives on named accounts, supporting account planning and multi-threaded engagement strategies • Identify, research, and qualify senior decision-makers to expand pipeline and account penetration • Support account-based marketing and selling (ABM/ABS) initiatives across U.S. and EU target accounts • Track and manage performance metrics (meetings, pipeline influence, engagement) using CRM and reporting tools • Serve as the first point of contact for enterprise prospects, representing DTN with credibility and professionalism • Share market insights and feedback to continuously improve GTM strategy and execution
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the gaming industry (primary) and related sectors (secondary). • Develop innovative product- and brand-focused marketing strategies based on client needs and project requirements in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. • Conduct market and competitive analyses within the gaming sector. • Independently establish and maintain a monitoring and evaluation system for new releases across desktop, console, and mobile platforms, which will form the basis of your sales pipeline. • Contribute to the development and promotion of new marketing services for gaming clients. • Represent the company at gaming trade shows and industry events.
