Job Description

Business Intelligence Analyst

Knowledge Anywhere

• Design and build AI-powered agents, workflows, and automations using modern AI platforms • Engineer structured prompts and instructions to produce accurate, business-ready AI outputs • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and live data sources • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate solutions based on user feedback and business outcomes • Embed Generative AI into core workflows across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace • Own delivery from solution design through production handoff, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams as required • Prepare and manage structured data that powers AI solutions, using SQL to extract, filter, and aggregate enterprise data • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines that connect multiple data sources and keep AI solutions running on fresh, reliable data • Use Python basics (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) to clean, transform, and prepare datasets that your AI solutions depend on • Automate business workflows using Power Automate or similar platforms • Enable AI generated insights through aligned datasets and reporting outputs

Job Requirements

  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or knowledge-based integrations
  • Hands on experience independently designing and building end to end AI solutions, including workflows, custom agents, or AI powered applications
  • Hands on experience working with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Gemini, Claude or similar large language model tools
  • Strong understanding of large language models, prompting, and grounding techniques
  • Proven ability to deliver AI solutions end-to-end with minimal oversight
  • Low-code platforms - familiarity with Power Apps or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of data security, privacy, and responsible AI principle

Role Description The Global Business Intelligence Program Manager provides critical support to the Global, Regional and Local Customer, Data Center, and Internal Operations Team. Responsible for being the liaison/direct link for GCM to the wider IT and technical services organization to establish and deliver standardized global account reporting. Lead GCM and client partnership to shape strategic reporting suite for all programs to help harmonize operational standards through business insights management and analytics. Position based with DSV Campus site or virtual location as approved by management due to travel expectations. Qualifications - 7+ years’ experience in strategy, tactics, development, and facilitation.
