Compensation GC AI's compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as meaningful equity and excellent benefits for all full-time roles. US-based compensation range for this role: $150,000 - $240,000. Canadian-based compensation range for this role: CAD $165,000 - CAD $260,000. This range spans multiple levels.
