Key Responsibilities: Principal Technologist - Github Copilot Platform GitHub Copilot Platform - Expert knowledge of GitHub Copilot (Individual, Business, Enterprise) including inline completions, Copilot Chat, Copilot Workspace, code review, and PR summaries across all major IDEs - Proficiency in 2–3 enterprise languages (Python, Java, C#, TypeScript) with ability to demonstrate Copilot effectiveness across code generation, testing, documentation, and refactoring - Experience with prompt crafting in IDE chat for complex tasks, Copilot context window behavior, and integration with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines - Application of GH/CP within Unisys CI/CD & SDLC environments - Knowledge of Copilot policy controls (org/repo-level, IP indemnification, duplication detection) and advising on acceptable use policies for AI-generated code - Familiarity with agentic coding frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), Semantic Kernel, and Azure OpenAI Service for custom coding assistant scenarios - Work across business units to enable relevant solution development, delivery enablement and high quality executive consumable documentation Enablement & Evangelism - Ability to lead developer bootcamps, hackathons, and code review workshops - Comfortable producing metrics showing developer productivity lift - Can work with engineering leadership to define AI coding standards and guardrails - Design, blueprint, work with Central IT to support lab environments for team members - Engage in strategic go to market activities, including public speaking, blog posts, podcasts and social media posts highlighting the company's capabilities You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and/or relevant experience. - 5+ years software development experience in an enterprise environment - GitHub-certified (GitHub Foundations, GitHub Copilot) stongly preferred - Experience in DevSecOps, platform engineering, or developer experience roles a plus - Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, SDLC standardization and enablement - G This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. • End-to-end responsibility for developing and implementing complex game features (meta-game, economy, social mechanics) • Optimize and maintain high-performance server-side logic within the SFS2X and Hazelcast ecosystem • Designing robust Protobuf-based APIs and handling complex state synchronization between distributed services • Advanced work with PostgreSQL for managing persistent game data and user profiles • Working closely with game designers to translate gameplay ideas into scalable technical solutions • Writing clean, maintainable code and participating in rigorous peer reviews
