Ad Ops Customer Coordinator
ZigZag Offshoring
• Managing day-to-day client email correspondence with agency coordinators and assistants, executives • Trafficking creative assets and liaising with internal ad ops & trading teams to ensure campaigns go live on time and to spec • Handling basic post-sales queries -- campaign status, delivery confirmations, billing questions, go-live proofs • Helping collate/compile weekly report emails (via looker studio) into client-ready formats + weekly reporting emails • Processing IOs and revising IOs in our IO platform • When needed, updating internal CRM for post-sale campaigns • Supporting the broader client success team with admin, deck formatting, and brief intake
Job Requirements
- Strong written English - professional, clear, and confident in client-facing communication (after relevant training, onboarding)
- Experience in digital media, ad operations, or agency coordination (1-2+ years preferred)
- Comfortable working across email, spreadsheets, and project management tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks
- Experience with ad trafficking or DSP/DMP platforms a plus

Role Description - Work with the Board of Directors on the strategic planning, development, and performance of our wireless network and facilities operations. - Evaluate and determine new business opportunities and recommend new services to the Board of Directors. - Prepare proposals, job specifications, equipment, and quotes and negotiate agreements with new customers, other telco’s & vendors with review by the Board of Directors for any contracts & agreements. - Ensure compliance with FCC and other federal, state and local regulatory requirements. - Act as a liaison between the company & state and community groups to advance & promote local economic development projects. - Assist with Special reports in support of outside consultants, accountants, attorneys and other entities. - Represent Rural Telephone Company and Subsidiary’s to regulatory agencies, legislative bodies, and industry associates. - Manage contracts, leases, and co-location agreements related to operations and tower sites. - Prepares required telecommunication reports and filings. - Help with the daily administration of the internal operations. Have a working knowledge of all aspects of company operations and assist with the supervision of employees. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in telecommunications, computer information systems, management or related field; or 8 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience; or a combination of education and experience. - Strong understanding of broadband and telecom technologies. - Knowledge of RUS specifications, NEC/NESC codes, and power distribution systems preferred. - Experience in contract negotiation, project management and financial decision making. - Knowledge of FCC Uniform System of Accounts, cost separation processes, and NECA and AECA procedures. - Knowledge of company products and services, Federal and State laws, and industry practices. - Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
